As a Senior Scientist, you’ll be an examplar for others. You’ll work with teams across our business, suppliers, and customers to continually build our capabilities.
As a recognised specialist, you’ll help to plan and supervise work, provide guidance and technically review and approve reports.
You will be a valuable link between our Pharmaceutical Development teams and our Senior Managers, communicating and reporting findings and planning work to meet required timeframes.
You will be involved in the development of products through their lifecycle, including process and formulation development. Additionally, you will have the analytical skills to perform testing of inhalation products and will be administering elements of method development and validation.
Act as a technical authority and lead problem solving for a wide range of laboratory and/or process activities, applying a high level of technical knowledge and competence.
Able to solve sophisticated technical problems in field of expertise. Can think laterally around a problem to find an appropriate and innovative solution.
Derive solutions using different techniques and experience from other areas.
Work within a technical team and/or coordinate a small group, allocating work as appropriate and supervising progress.
Lead complex protocols under advisement from line manager
Communicate efficiently with immediate line manager, colleagues, staff from other departments and clients.
