What we are looking for
Your new role will be integral to driving Vectura’s future growth by maximising our marketing efforts and driving incremental sales. You’ll actively engage with individuals and organisations to identify and qualify leads, understanding their goals and objectives, and align them with Vectura’s capabilities. You’ll work closely with marketing and business development to create and execute campaigns, capture leads from multiple sources, refine plans to target specific markets, as well as support prospecting and lead generation across multiple global territories.
What you need
To be considered for the role of Manager - Inside Sales, you will be degree-educated with proven success in sales or business development within the contract development & manufacturing (CDMO), pharmaceutical or biotech sector. You’ll be able to demonstrate first class communication skills with an ability to engage and build relationships with key decision makers. You’ll have proven problem solving skills with the persistence and tenacity suited to a dynamic sales environment. Highly organised, you’ll be passionate about meeting the needs of customers whilst driving new leads and sales growth.
