As a world-leading inhalation CDMO, our product portfolio is diverse. Whether it’s DPIs, pMDIs, Nebulisers, or intranasal; from small to large molecules; at every stage of the development lifecycle – there isn’t much we don’t do in inhalation.
We’re expert in what we do, but we want to be better.
Your role will be to develop and refine the ‘gold standards’ (so called ‘Good Vectura Development Practices’) for product development, play a pivotal role in creating and delivering in-house training and educational systems and thereby influence the way all future work is done.
You will look at the ‘what’, ‘why’, and ‘how’, and define the way we work.
You will curate best practices, develop the measures of success and the strategy that underpins improvements
About you
There’s no getting away from this, we need someone with a deep technical background in inhalation. In order to develop the architecture for our development process, and to engage with our teams, this is a key requirement.
Aside from that, you will have a deep interest, maybe even an obsession, with continuous improvement. You thrive in changing environments, where there are always opportunities to sharpen the saw.
We really value good relationships. You’ll need to engage and influence people from across our business, so the ability to listen and work in partnership with our people will make you successful.
