About the role

We’re looking for an experienced storyteller and networker who can work both strategically and tactically to deliver great comms that help us achieve our business goals.

The lifeblood of any comms role is change. And in an organisation like ours, change is constant.

This role takes both creative talent and detailed planning. Our refocussed business strategy is the red thread through everything we do, and we require strong internal and corporate communications to ensure our employees and all stakeholders understand the difference we make to customers and their patients.


About you

Naturally, you will be experienced in devising comprehensive internal communications plans, engaging with people at all levels across an organisation, and generating first-class copy and content.

You’ll know how to strike the balance between positive engagement and diplomatically challenging stakeholders. You’ll understand the importance of two-way dialogue and the role that internal communication plays in building pride, trust, and belief in an organisation.
Externally, you’ll also have experience including, reputation management, events, publications, and digital.

Time management is also really important, so you will be no stranger to producing content to meet deadlines.

Ultimately though, it’s your approach that will be the true measure of your success. We look for inquisitive, open individuals, who see their success in the success of our organisation.
